Separation of Services
Unless expressly agreed to in writing:
• No property management relationship is created
• No partnership, joint venture, or fiduciary relationship is formed
• No agency, advisory, or brokerage relationship exists
• No securities are being offered or solicited
All services beyond digital educational products require independent documentation, disclosures, and contractual agreements, and may be provided through separate legal entities where required by law.
Educational Products vs. Requested Services
All digital products offered by Big Picture Real Estate — including but not limited to spreadsheets, calculators, templates, dashboards, guides, and educational content — are provided solely for educational and informational purposes.
